What we do

Lighting: Contemporary, traditional and decorative lighting to include: low energy & LED, wall lights and pendants and specialist lamps. Bathroom and kitchen lights, floor lamps, up lighters, table lamps and shades, halogen and track lighting and electrical accessories.

Our lamp / bulb stocks are vast and we pride ourselves on keeping evrery popular shape, size and wattage including low enegry bulbs and LEDs to suit all fittings. All lengths of flourescent tubes are catered for, from 6" to 8 feet - if we don't have it in stock we are happy to source direct from our suppliers.

Electrical Accessories: Anything from a plug to a roll of wire, torches, torch bulbs, fuses, conncetion blocks, switches and much more.

Heating and Air Conditioning: In the summer months we also sell fans and aircon units - depending on the weather! During the winter months we sell heating from a fan heater to a fireplace inset unit.

Sewing Machines: Having spent nearly 40 years in the sewing machine industry, developing this side of the Lomax and Satines business came naturally to us - we sell, service and repair all leading makes incuding Bernina, Husqvarna, Pfaff, Elna, Janome, Frister & Rossman, and Silver / Viscount. All machines are on display and can be demonstrated with expert advice upon your visit to the shop. Our service workshop is fully equipped with 3 experienced technicians.
